Security & privacy

Built around restraint, not surveillance

Investigative software earns trust through what it refuses to claim. These are the principles the suite is engineered around.

Authorised material only

Bronson Suite is built for material an organisation is legally authorised to hold and process. Case sensitivity levels, roles and retention are part of the data model, not an afterthought.

Processing stays server-side

No processing engine is ever called from a browser. Every request to a transcription, semantic, vision or location engine is issued server-side behind a stable internal interface, so credentials never reach a client.

Replaceable engines, cloud or on-premise

Engines are providers behind fixed contracts. A cloud engine can be replaced by an on-premise one — or by a different vendor — without changing the application or the way your data is organised.

Review, not judgement

Results are presented as signals for investigator review with the reason each one surfaced. The suite makes no determination about truthfulness, guilt or intent, and does not treat any person as suspicious by default.

Auditable by design

Uploads, processing jobs, searches and exports between modules are recorded as audit events tied to a user, an organisation and a case.

Data residency and isolation

Organisations carry a declared residency, and each module keeps its own processing state. Data moves between modules only when someone deliberately exports it.
